The project is typically between 3 - 6 months within an enterprise with a buddy, supervisor and mentor.  The project will initiate with an in-house expectation initiation and training program, and will culminate with two presentations – one on insights and recommendations to leaders within the enterprise and the other to the mentor and supervisor on the behavioral feedback, learning and performance on the effort in the enterprise.
